• Data you provide: your name, brand or company name, email, WhatsApp number, product needs, quantity, deadline, budget, notes, and any design or reference files you send via chat.
• Quote cart: the products you add are stored in your browser (localStorage) on your own device and are not sent to our server.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and requested pages. These are logged automatically by our server and content delivery network for security and to keep the site running.

Form entries are not stored on this website’s server. When you press "Send via WhatsApp", your entries are turned into a WhatsApp message on your device, and they only reach us after you press send in WhatsApp yourself. From then on, the data is kept in our sales team’s WhatsApp conversation.

• To fulfil orders: production, shipping, and invoicing.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): messages you send are processed under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: content delivery and security protection for this site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and set technical cookies required for security.
• The hosting provider that runs this site.

We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law.

This site does not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies. It only uses technical storage needed for the site to work, such as the quote cart in your browser and Cloudflare security cookies.

We keep conversations and order data for as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations, including transaction and tax records. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Under the UU PDP, you may request access to your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent to be contacted, and object to its processing. Send your request through the contact below; we will respond within the period required by the UU PDP.

All connections to this site use HTTPS. Access to customer conversations is limited to the team handling orders.
